Rezidence Nová Kamionka – 1st stage

The Nová Kamionka residences, situated in the Třinec – Lyžbice district, are positioned at the intersection of a compact city and dispersed housing, transitioning seamlessly into open countryside. This newly urbanized area embodies a harmonious blend of urban and rural elements, offering a unique appeal to both current and potential residents. 

The project features the construction of three rows of semi-detached houses and two villas, collectively providing 28 separate housing units. These semi-detached homes are aligned along streets running parallel to the hillside, with each row staggered by approximately 3 meters in elevation. This design ensures that residents can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape from the upper floors. 

Thoughtful landscaping and the varying elevations between individual buildings create a dynamic and irregular streetscape, enhancing the site’s overall appeal. The architecture of the homes is modern and minimalist, with a dual-colour scheme of dark grey and white. Facades are further enriched with wooden elements, imparting a warm and natural aesthetic. Balconies feature prominent frames on both sides of the facades, adding dynamism and visual interest to the buildings’ overall design. 

Documentation for building permit in 2025 and to be built in 2027.
