The house is conceived as a contemporary villa with a Mediterranean-inspired minimalist expression, set within a tranquil garden at the interface between residential development and open landscape. The architecture is based on a deliberately articulated composition of simple white volumes that shift, recede, and interweave. As a result, the building does not read as a single mass, but as a naturally formed ensemble that creates sheltered terraces, intimate corners, and outdoor living spaces for everyday life and relaxation.
The architectural character is defined by clean lines, balanced proportions, and a careful work with light. White façades serve as a calm backdrop for the play of light and shadow, shaped by deep window recesses, overhangs, and recessed outdoor spaces. Minimalism here is not cold, but vibrant and relaxed, enhanced by green roofs and a seamless connection between the house and the garden.
Generous glazing opens the interior toward greenery and the water feature, extending the living space outdoors and blurring the boundary between the house and the landscape. The layout emphasizes fluidity, comfort, and privacy—the main living area naturally flows onto the terrace, while quieter zones are set apart. The slightly recessed upper floor offers both intimacy and views of the surrounding environment.
Overall, the house represents a timeless architectural approach, based on restrained means yet delivering a rich spatial experience. Rather than relying on decoration, it works with form, light, and a strong relationship to place. The result is a naturally elegant home that combines Mediterranean ease, contemporary minimalism, and a high quality of everyday living.
